Rabit Inc: About the Founder

S³ : Sydney Sharrona Sajj

Rabit Inc is led by S³ — Sydney Sharrona Sajj, a creative strategist, director, and operator whose work sits at the intersection of design, systems, public-facing authority, and personal brand architecture.

Her perspective is shaped by formal study in liberal arts and metaphysical sciences—disciplines that trained her to analyze structure, symbolism, ethics, and human behavior simultaneously. This analytical foundation, combined with professional education in fashion design and development, informs a practice rooted in both precision and perception: how things are built, and how they are understood.


Across her career, S³ has supported organizations, personal brands, founders, artists, and executives, working within small businesses, institutional environments, and large corporate ecosystems. Her scope of work spans brand strategy, operational redevelopment, compliance-oriented realignment, and public-facing initiatives, including guiding businesses and individuals through moments of recalibration, re-entry, and growth.


This work has included audit-informed recovery, restructuring after internal or financial breakdowns, and the design of intelligent systems—processes that are clear, economical, and easily transferable, particularly within high-turnover industries. The same rigor is applied to personal brands, where clarity of narrative, authority signaling, and long-term positioning are essential.
